When I’m injured at work, is workers’ comp my only remedy? On February 12, 2020 by Raul Dinwiddie
Any workplace injury, when a worker who
is involved in his regular duties and sustains any type of workplace injury, is
entitled to workers compensation benefits, and then his exclusive remedy
becomes that in workers comp, unless there is some type of employer based
negatives that is serious and willful, where you can sue an employer directly.
But the primary principal method of recovery is through the workers
compensation system, which is the exclusive remedy.
