The Canadiens head to Bromont for some team buildingOn August 15, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
When we spoke about it as a staff, Claude wanted to get the team together at this time of the year. It was really about meeting and getting our message across and setting the tone for the season. I loved the way they worked together. They took it kind of seriously, but were also able to smile about it, too. Water boy. This is some of the most important time of the year right at the beginning when you get to really forge some good friendships and team atmosphere. Everyone’s still relaxed. You don’t have the pressure of a game coming up the next day. It’s still just a lot of having fun. This is good stuff and it’s an amazing place to be. It’s very important for team bonding. It’s fun and relaxed and you’re just talking with the guys. It’s great. Guys enjoy it and it has a purpose, especially early on in the year when you have a lot of new pieces. It’s good to get to know each other and have some laughs and compete a little bit and just have some fun. It’s definitely beneficial for our group.
