Team Motivation Games – Making a Team Logo #96On August 14, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
During the exercise you divide the team into duos. You tell them to come up with a logo which represents the team in this case they are teachers at an elementary school. Tell them they don’t design the logo for the company they are working for but the logo will just represent the team itself. They design the logo with pencils and a paper. In this case one duo comes up with a figure in the center of a circle with dots on the side. All the duos come together and they show their logos to each other and tell what it symbolises. The figure in the middle of the circle symbolises the teacher. The dots at the side of the circle symbolise the children we teach all day. The book symbolises knowledge we share with our students each day. The heart represents the love we do it with. We drew a child in the center because children are why we all work here. We drew teachers around the child with a line between us because even if we don’t work together in the classroom we still form a connection through the children. Now the whole group designs a logo based on the logos just showed. Lets do something with the circle. One person says. Yes and I liked the heart. Let’s symbolise the teachers with hearts. Yes, and a child in the center holding a book. After the team created the logo they can frame it and hang it in the workplace. he trainer guides the team and applies variations to the exercise.
