I’m interesting in studying new and emerging form of leadership that can help Modern company to better deal with complex Environments, or competitions one of the important comes that I study is called Share leadership It is very different from our traditional view of leadership that we assume there only one person who occupies the top of our organizational Hierarchy and Everyone in this group should follow his or her lead but if we are dealing with very complex tasks? and/or we face very intense competition we really want more people better utilize we can better utilize the internal expertise and resources to help our group to be more adaptive or creative so If we agree that leadership is about offer effective influence to make your team better So anyone in this group has ability to provide that kind of resource or support Should be see and treat as the potential leadership sources Regardless is or her own authority therefore in the new ideal things We need everyone to take a lead and follow honestly at the same time depend on what kind of challenge They face in a certain times some people need to step up to take the leadership responsibilities and Others should step back a little bit to follow the elite again depends on what kind of challenge they face in fact many empirical study have suggest that if Your team has a very high level of sheer leadership it can improve a team effectiveness in many Aspect My interests it is about how to promote sure leadership in teams As far as we know there are a couple important Factor that can promote your leadership in teams for example a very strong shared purpose a supportive Mutual Social support our trust Or a very constructive norms that encourage employee to voice yeah But most importantly we think the team managers or recall the formal leader of the teams play an extremely? essential Roles here in one of our research projects my co-authors and I we found the level of humility of The team managers can actually improve your leadership There are three important influence of leader humility in teams first of all they have really high level of self-awareness So they are more they are not afraid to of the mean sometimes they just don’t know Something and they relied on your followers take the lead Second they are more likely to recognize the expertise and contributions of your followers and give them credit Finally those humble leaders are teachable and they are more open minded to the new idea and the device those humble behavior of the Managers have Several important symbolic meaning First of all they tell the followers that hey your post doesn’t know and note everything So it is okay for you to set up when your team needs you in addition they also emphasize on the importance of self-awareness and appreciate others strengths So tell the followers that it is okay to relied on your team members or your peers for leadership support and This tells the employees that you can take the lead because your team member and your leaders doesn’t Really need you to take the rose at the same time it also tells you that Be true to yourself. Okay follow your talent our team members and Try to assist them to make the team better All of which are very important to encourage sheer leadership in teams and even should enhance the overall Team Outcomes such as better team performance better creativity and Higher commitment Although we believe that leader humility and shared leadership can benefit team outcomes. There are a couple Contextual Factors that we need to consider First of all we found that leader humility especially effective on your team have many proactive employees Those proactive employees. They are self initiated to make the change and Leader Humility Provide a strong empowerment context for them to take the lead when their team need them if Your team’s has too many for example passive employees these are humility might take a longer time to encourage people to step up and take the lead and Also, although, we believe that shell leadership as benefits of an official to team outcomes it is especially constructive when your teams have a lot of talent employees, so For example arm in your if in a basketball team it is good Well your coach you will ask you to pass the ball around so everybody share the ball but you become men enos if no one have the capability of making the shots, so Cheer leadership can better promote the team performers when your teams has many capable members so those are we believe that those are important factors for future researchers or for a Partitioner to consider if we want to study how to promote show leadership teams?
