Personality Games – Animals #73On August 17, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
During the exercise the team sits in a circle. You ask the team the following question: If you were an animal which animal would you be, and why? You point to the first person who tells the group: If I were an animal I would be a dog. I am reliable and always do my work on time. But sometimes a I can also be a bit lazy. If I were an animal I would be a frog. I can sit still and do nothing for a very long time but when something needs to be done I can jump very high and do all my work at the very last moment. If I were an animal I would be a lion. I like to be the leader of the group, but when things don’t go the way I want to I can be angry. Go on like this untill everyone has named an animal. In the next round each participant will hear from the other participants which animal they think he would be. You point to the person about whom the others will tell which animal they think he would be. The first person says: I think you are a tiger. You can bite yourself into things you want to achieve and never let loose. I think you are an elephant. You have a natural way of authority which make people listen to you. I think you’re an aligator. You can be very quite for days, and than make radical descisions in an instance like an aligator waiting for its prey. Go on like this untill everyone has chosen an animal that this person would be. After everyone has told his choise the group does the same for the next person. Just as long untill everyone has told each person which animal they think he would be. The trainer guides te team and applies variations to the exercise.
