Well I’m a Deputy Team Leader. I manage a team of eight people and I work in the customer service department. So my role is all about improving my team so we can deliver great customer service. So observing them and giving my team feedback and coaching them. The biggest focus for me and my team is the customer and delivering great customer service. It’s about listening to our customers, it’s about getting feedback from them so we can improve ourselves and deliver great customer outcomes. The values are everything for me. Working in a customer service department, it’s important that we’re open and humble so we can take on feedback from our clients and really deliver that service. The thing I find the most rewarding about working for Think Money Group is developing my team. Seeing someone who has got all the right values and developing their skills so we can deliver great customer service is really rewarding. When customers first come to us, they want our help both financially and emotionally as well. And I hope that by delivering the service that we do that we don’t just help them with their finances but we help them put their lives back on track.
