The Heroes of Chemistry Award
is a team award. Working together in a team is
what’s leading to these big
successes. especially in the
biopharmaceutical industry. It may be easy to say looking
back on it but there felt a real magic in the
team. We really trusted each other
and that meant when we had to
have the kind of real hard
discussions You can then make a decision
and just get on with your work. It’s not just one discovery
that brings the drugs to the
patients, right? It is discovery and development
together. I love to be part of that team.
