I’m Raphael Lamarque. I am Team Leader Customer Support, which initially consists of in the creation of a training centre then I also have to control the treatment systems that have been implemented by licensed partners And then I have to provide technical support to these partners. I worked for an oil company Perinco which mandated Haemers to carry out soil remediation and I was in charge of controlling this work. I was particularly interested in this technology And so naturally Jan offered me to take over the supervision of the management of the treatment of these polluted soils. What I like about this job is the fact that we’re practically the only ones to develop this technology and so there’s plenty of room for reflection, room for improvement. So there is a lot of research and development to be done. And that’s what really interests me. because you have to work hard, find solutions that don’t exist on the market. Relationships in the company are very pleasant because the management gives us a lot of freedom to develop and constantly improve the treatment systems and therefore there is a certain trust that is established.
