This is pull it together. And we have
Lynda, Melody, Kirsten and Annette. They’re going to do a quick demo for you and then we’ll do
it for real for 30 seconds. So who’s the captain? Alright captain Lynda is going
to tell her teammates when to descend. They’re going to go into a squat and get
their thighs at least parallel to the ground. So we’ll do a couple of slow
demonstration squats. Whenever you guys are ready. And then Lynda is going to tell them
when they come up. And you’ll see thighs are getting at least two parallel
if not below and the objective then will be to do as many good squats as they can in 30 seconds. Knees are going to stay aligned with
their toes. Okay maybe 20 seconds will be enough. Shana
you tell them when. And here they go. 20 seconds of pull it
together. Awesome conditioning for the lower body. And if you do it long enough it’s pretty good cardio too. Even works the upper
body and improves grip strength. It’s fun.
