Ideal Activities Co-worker at Country MeadowsOn November 18, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
Patience is a huge quality to have. Someone that can multitask, but someone can also think outside the box and try things new. They’re not afraid to step out of their comfort zone. You don’t necessarily have to have activities experience but the passion for others. Because we can teach them lots of things and give them lots of skills along the way and mentor them, I’m all for mentoring, but someone that takes the patience and the time to get to know you that’s a really good person for community life because it’s not just big group activities, and those three or four people activities and having a good time, it’s also that community life person that can go in the room and invest those 15 20 minutes with that resident that doesn’t want to come out. It’s really the investment of communication and connecting. That’s what it’s really about.
