Icebreaker Games – The Lunch Game #97On August 9, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
This exercise is perfect to do with big groups. During the exercise you let the group stand in a big circle. First do the math. Devide the number of people by three. In this case 5. Now give everyone a number counting to 5. When you reached nr 5 start over at nr 1. Now tell all nr 1s to stand together. Also all nr 2s will find each other, go on like this untill all the five groups has been formed. Now you tell each group they will have lunch together and that they have to come up with an accomplishment they have to do during their lunch. They share their accomplishment: We are going to write a song together. We are going to choose which lunch someone else has to take. Our accomplishment is to come up with a business idea together. We are going to have a desert first and than the main lunch. We decided to give each other nicknames and use that names during our lunch. Now you tell them that group nr 1 gives his accomplishment to group nr 2, group nr 2 to group nr 3, group nr 3 to group nr 4, group nr 4 to group nr 5 and group nr 5 to group nr 1. Each group goes out for lunch and do the accomplishment they just received. Bon Apetit! When they come back each group share their experiences with the other groups. They trainer guides the team and applies variations during the exercise. What kind of variations you can read below this video on Youtube. And havent you subscribed yet?
