In today’s video we’re going to talk about transitioning your business from
being a freelancer into running a full time marketing or whatever kind of
agency that has a team. So we’re going to focus on team
development. So you might be doing everything
yourself right now. You might be trying to get clients by
yourself. You might be sending these proposals by
yourself. You might be project management,
you might be running projects and processes by yourself and you might be
even delivering these to immerse yourself and talking with all the
customers to yourself all the time, so it might be all a little bit
annoying, might be a little bit frustrating,
might be taking so much of your time and these thing like,
hey, I can’t scale because I don’t have more
time. So you may be reached the time limit.
Maybe you don’t have more time during the day.
It’s absolutely impossible for you to onboard new customers and even if it was
possible for you, you don’t even have time to send offers
and proposals to new customers. So this makes it really impossible to
run your business, so what you would like instead is
having a straightforward system that is working on an autopilot so it’s working
like a machine. So imagine that customers are booking
calls with your sales team, automatically and sales team is
closing out thematically and was the sales are closed,
project manager is taking over the project,
managing the project and the delivery team is delivering the service.
So this sounds like a dream, but that’s not really that hard.
In today’s video, I’m gonna show you how you can make this
work. Literally within a week or less,
you’re going to be able to implement it. I’m not saying that you’re going to be
able to make your team up and running within a week. But, it’s generally speaking,
going to take you just one week to figure out basic workflows,
processes and start onboarding yourself onto a fast track of running business not just grinding all the time like this
little freelancer, but actually running the legitimate
business, running an agency.
So first things first, you need to understand something that
I’m always talking about and pretty much most of my videos is that there is a
certain structure behind running an agency business model.
All right? So just to recap,
if you don’t remember, the structure is following their lead
generation, which is the main process for you to
funnel leads through several, several different funnels to your
business. So whatever it is right now,
whether it’s Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiver whatever lead generation sources you
have, this is the first part if you’re a
so you need to understand it. He didn’t understand it as a blog
because if you don’t, then you won’t be able to really build a
system without understanding how the The second element is sales.
So you actually have to get on calls system works.
All right? with your prospects and close them.
The third one is project management. Once the sale is closed,
someone has to manage projects and then there is actual work.

So if you’re a designer, you have to design.
If you’re a website developer, you have to develop websites,
et Cetera, et cetera.
So this is the actual product delivery. This is when the actual work is being
done. All right?
So once you understand the system, by the way,
if you have some note that write this down,
the first step to automation and building your team is understanding the
elements of automation, right? So you need to understand this entire
system. You have to understand how this works
and once you understand how this works, then you can actually automate it.
So what you have to do is you have to find team members who can replace you at
all of these elements. Alright?
So the first element that your team take over from you is gonna be probably
delivery, members have to,
you know, because this is really time consuming.
So you want to focus on project management,
sales and lead generation. You don’t want to focus all the time on
delivery. So whatever it is,
design, you want to build a team,
so you want to be good at this. You want to teach your team how to do
that so they can deliver as good results as you are,
but definitely you don’t want to do this all the time by yourself. So first you’re going to start
outsourcing the delivery. Now we just got to talk about the order
of what you’re going to outsource first and second,
third, and the last thing you’re going to
outsource, and then I’m going to tell you,
tell you how to outsource this. Then the second step for you to
outsource is going to be regeneration because it’s really easy.
Once you have a system, once you’ve done your research on what
works and getting someone to copy paste, this is relatively easy.
Okay? The third one is going to be project
management quite time consuming and doesn’t cost that much money.
And then sales is going to be the last one because it’s the highest paid skill.
So you want to make sure that the most important part,
if you’re a business, which is sales,
is than by you and to until the last moment. All right,
so this is step number four. So here we go.
start with outsourcing delievery than outsource lead generation.
Then outsource project management than so you have that.
Now, outsource sales.
All right, how do you.
So step one, understand the blocks of your business
model, step to understand respectively which
ones you’re outsourcing first and second,
and step three, you need to find people who actually
going to do that. So how do you do that?
He needed to run a small cold lead generation funnel,
but for recruitment. So it’s a recruitment funnel.
So it’s kind of like running your funnels for lead generation through
upwork or fiverr or Linkedin to get customers,
but it’s going to be more a few trying to find people who can work for you.
Alright? So it’s going to be the same.
Just another way around. They are not seeking. You’re not searching for customers,
you’re just searching for people who can work with you.
So how can you do that? So you need to build funnel.
Now the first most important thing is that unique to think of everything as a
funnel. So even recruitment,
it is one of your funnels and as you know,
every funnel in every business is So it doesn’t mean that you recruit
someone, running all the time.
Okay? they work for you and that’s it.
Okay? So what you want to do is he wants to
make sure that the recruitment funnel is going on all the time and they can work
and this final can work for you all the time.
So you can recruit out thematically all How do you make this work?
Well, the time.
So how do you do this? you can use the same lead generation
platforms as for getting leads through You can even use upwork.
I personally recommend using facebook your business. and then you have to build a type four.
So you have to build a type form which is a form that people are feeling that

Like let’s say web developers, it’s all the same funnel,

whether it’s going to be project managers,
whether it’s lead generation. All right,
so this system will allow you to create a virtual bench,
kind of like a food bowl waiting bench. And this bench is people who are waiting
for you to get hired. All right?
So they are sitting on the bench and you are ready to hire them. You get them to work with you as soon as
one of them drops out or you don’t like them or they don’t like you,
you take the next one from the line. All right,
so they are queuing to start working. You take one after another.
All right, so that’s it.
This is recruitment. So just to recap,
first thing, understand the model,
understand the entire model. Second thing,
understand which of the processes you outsource respectively.
Third thing, running a recruitment.

So you need to create a very specific so-called as Lps,
so standardized operational procedures, slps for all of these elements of the
business so you can just like, assume that everything is just going to
happen automatically. Okay?
So you can’t just assume that you’re okay?
You deliver and uh, going to tell people the right to close
sales, it’s just gonna work.
It sounded on at work. You have to go through all this
processes yourself at first and then once you understand them,
you create literally every single step of the way as a picture with an Arrow
explaining, all right,
you did this here, you did that here,
use this heat, you do this thing here.
And this allows you to basically create something that literally everyone can
look at and copy, okay?
So you calculate how much time it takes for every single of these processes.
And you calculate it takes, let’s say one hour a day to run a lead
generation process through this funnel. So you can tell the person you’re hiring
that you’re working for one hour on this process every day and you’re getting
paid per hour, but you need to complete this process. So step number four,
create workflows. If you don’t know how to create

create standardized operational procedures and once this is done,
then you’re going to have to start overlooking our team,
improving their results, looking at how they work.
