To add a product in Teamleader,
navigate to products. The plus icon lets us
add a product in no time. We’ll call this product Macbook
and give it a simple ID. Like, one, two, three. We’ll set the stock number
to 10 items. With a minimum stock of three. And add a purchase price
and a main supplier. Naturally, we need a selling price too.
VAT excluded. For the bookkeeping part,
this is where we set the VAT tariff. If we save our product, we’ll see
it pop up in the product catalog. Where we have the option to add extra information. This can be an elaborate description.
You may or may not want on your invoice. Or an image of your choosing. We could also carry out
some stock changes. For example. If we up the stock of MacBooks
from 10 to 20. The tracking will tell us
that Jeroen de Wit… – That’s us – Increased the stock of the product to 20. Whenever one or more of these
products are invoiced… Stock will automatically decrease. You’ll also be notified when the stock
dips below the minimum. So you’re always in time
to order a new supply. Once again, that’s it. This is how you easily add a
new product in Teamleader. And see the stock evolve with time.
