How To Be a Team Leader using Body LanguageOn October 8, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
Alright Operative Josh. You’re about to enter
a team meeting. Your mission is to engage your coworkers like a team leader. Alright
here comes the team. Approach them first with a handshake to show them you’re assertive.
Be careful! You’re starting to lose face out there. Keep your head held high and your shoulders
back. Don’t slouch! Remember, it’s important to lean forward when you speak so the team
knows you’re establishing your voice. Look out, being a good leader means letting others
shine as well. Lean back when you want other people to speak up.This is it. Everyone’s
gonna decide who they think should be team leader, was your behavior too aggressive?
Mission Accomplished. Nice work out there, but we have another mission for you. Are you
ready? Ready? Is an iceberg made of ice?
