Saeho, on Week Three, you were asked to eat breakfast and keep your stomach empty for three hours before going to bed. – Did you follow the rules? / – The thing is, these two rules were the hardest to follow. – Really? / – I thought about the reasons. When I ate until late at night, – and woke up the next morning, / – You felt bloated. I felt bloated. That was why I decided to follow the rule and refrain from eating 3 hours before going to bed. – Then I came to eat breakfast. / – That’s right. – The first day is the hardest. / – It was fascinating. Jaeseok, do you eat Korean food for breakfast? – It depends. / – Korean food. When I have time, I eat rice – with soup and side dishes. / – Soup. I eat breakfast in any way. – That’s right. / – If I don’t have time, I eat something simple. I do that because I eat dinner early. When I wake up, I feel hungry. It made me develop a habit of eating breakfast. Since when did you lead such an orderly life? I wasn’t always a morning person. But when my children were born and they began to go to kindergarten, – I began to follow / – It happened naturally. their schedules. I found out that this pattern suits me. So I live my life accordingly.
