Group Bonding Activities – The Numbers Game #65On August 11, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
During the exercise the team stands in a circle. The team counts clockwise to number 100. You tell the team that instead of the number 7 or a multiple of the number 7 the one that has the turn doesn’t say the number 7, but claps his hands. 1 2 3 4 5 6 clap 8 9 10 11 12 13 clap. Go on like this until number 100. When the team gets a hang of it another number will be be replaced by a gesture. In this case the number 4 of a multiple of 4 will be replaced by, a jump. 1 2 3 jump 5 6 clap jump 9 10 11 jump 13 clap. Now a third number will be replaced. The number 3 or a multiple of 3 will now be replaced by a cough. When multiple gestures belong to the same number the person that has the turn does all the gestures belonging to that number. So for example the number 12 is a multiple of the number 4 and a multiple of the number 3. So this person jumps and coughs. 1 2 cough jump 5 cough clap jump cough 10 11 jump-cough 13 clap 15 jump 17. When the team has reached the number 100 without making any mistakes they finished the game. The trainer guides the team and applies variations to the exercise.
