Group Activities – The Quiz #111On August 17, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
During the exercise the team sits or stands in a circle. Tell them to think of three quiz questions. One easy question, one medium question and one hard question. They begin with the easy questions. Point to the first person who will call out his easy question. In this case: What kind of animal is Pluto? If someone think he know the answer he says ‘I’. He now answers the question. In this case: It’s a dog. He is right and gets one point. The next person asks his question: What is the capital of the US? ‘I’. New York. In this case he is wrong. If someone is wrong after calling out ‘I’, he gets a penalty point and the questioner tells the right answer. In this case: Washington. The go on until everyone has asked his easy questions. Each person remembers how much points he got. Now one by one each person asks his medium question which is worth two points. Name five countries in Africa. ‘I’ Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, South Africa and Morocco Correct. He gets two points. You go on until everyone has asked his medium question. During the third round they can earn three points when answering a hard question correctly. What was the capital of Thailand before Bangkok? This time no one knows the answer. The questioner tells what it is, in this case: Ayutthaya, and the next person asks his question. On which date Rodrigo Duterte was elected as president in the Philippines? ‘I’ , On June 30th 2016 He is right and gets three points. Go on until everyone asked his difficult question. The one who earned the most points is the winner. The trainer guides the team and applies variations to the exercise. What kind f variations you can read below this video on Youtube.
