Hi. I’m Marlene Spiegel founding team leader
from Wild Tree. I’m here today on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make my
family’s Pizzelles recipe. And today we are going to make a lemon zest pizzelle. Hard
to say. You take six eggs we’re going to have to start the mixer. Get everything going.
A cup and a half of sugar. Blend that right in. Add a cup of the lemon zest grape seed
oil made by Wild Tree. A teaspoon and a half of lemon zest extract. A teaspoon and a half
of Vanilla extract. And then gradually add three and a half cups of flour. And I’m mixing
into a dough batter. You can also make Almond pizzilles. You can make chocolate pizzelles,
just a plain pizzelles. Just use the natural grape seed oil and the extract to match what
you are looking for. Now you can see the dough mixture. And the consistency is a little thick,
but not real runny. This is my pizzelle iron and now I’m going to brush the irons with
buttered grape seed oil. And then add a dab to each one of the dough. You can probably
see better the consistency of the dough now. Shut it and let it cook for a minute to a
minute and a half. And then you get the finished lemon zest pizzelle.
