Corporate Team Building – The Perfect Team Member #94On August 12, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
During the exercise the team forms trios. You tell them each trio will write down on a paper three characteristics they think the perfect team member should have. In this case someone writes down: Powerful, Genuine, and Funny Now you tell them to write down 3 characteristics of appearance they think the perfect team member would look like. I think it’s a woman with brown hair in a dress. I see a man with blond hair in a suit. I think it’s a woman with blond hair in a coat suit. After discussing for a while this trio agrees its a man with dark blond hair in a casual shirt. Finally they draw their perfect team member at the back of the paper. All the trios come together and show to each other the characteristics characteristics of appearance and the drawing of their perfect team member. Now together the whole group makes one final perfect team member. Like in the first round they all have to agree on three characteristics: In this case they come up with: funny, straight forward and polite. They also have to come up with three characteristics of appearance. In this case: a woman with brown hair in a coat suit. And finally together they make a drawing of their perfect team member. They can frame the perfect team member and hang it in the workplace. The trainer guides the team and applies variations to the exercise.
