Corporate Castaways – Corporate Team Building ActivityOn August 9, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
Hi, this is Michelle from Canadian Outback
Adventures & Events with another corporate event update.[pause] We just ran a Corporate Castaways for a small
group of about 10, just this last March. We’re outside, beautiful day on a baseball diamond
in field and we had 10, mostly females from a pre-school, and mostly admin workers but
also some instructors and teachers as well and they did fantastic out on the course today.
We had 2 teams of 5, competing head to head in all of our challenges. They did a fantastic
job, a lot of out of the box thinking, they were able to problem solve and communicate
effectively, they found the event great and they thought they got a lot out of it being
that they don’t work with each other all the time. So it was a good way to see how
everybody communicates and speaks and works productively in and out of office setting.
[pause] The group did fantastic, like I said, through
the entire event but I would have to say the final and most popular challenge would have
been “Tuckered Out” which put each of the team mates head to head against each other
individually in a exotic food taste test and eating challenge. One of the teams really
pulled a head during that challenge, he was able to eat all sorts of variety of things
that they wouldn’t normally choose to eat. So all in all it was a fantastic day, a fantastic
event with a good group of people.[pause] If you’d like to plan a fantastic experience
