「トンネル / Channel」(我々が提供する商品 (物、システム、等)を顧客に届ける方法)、
「顧客との関係性 / Customer Relationships」(我々が顧客とどのように接しビジネスを進めていきたいか)、
「収入源 / Revenue Streams」、
「主な資源 / Key Resources」(価値を創り出すために必要となる資源: 物や情報等)
「主な活動 / Key Activities」、
「キーパートナー / Key Partnerships」(投資者や共同開発を行う会社等)、
そして「支出 / Cost Structure」です。
まあこうやってカテゴリーを言っていくだけでは分かりづらいので、これらを一つの地図のように配置していきましょう。
これがビジネスモデルキャンバス呼ばれるもので、新たなるビジネスのデザインや創造に非常に役立ちます。
ではサラッとこの9つのカテゴリーがどのように関係しているのか見ていきましょう。

まずは「顧客」から始めましょう。これはモデル発案者のグループがどのような人々を対象にビジネスをしたいかを考えるセクションです。
「バリュープロポジション」はこのモデルの心臓部のようなもので、これが他のセクションの動向を左右します。
(あまりにも分かりづらかったので表現を変えました、ビデオでは、「各セクションには具体的なバリュープロポジションが存在し、これが我々が提供する商品やサービスを一括りにするバンドのような役割をしています」と、このようなことを言っています。)
「トンネル」は、どのような点で顧客と繋がっていたいか(SNS等)、コミュニケーションを取っていきたいのか、そして価値をどのように提供していくのかについてのセクションです。
「顧客との関係性」、このセクションでは、実際にどのような関係性を顧客と築いていきたいのかです。
「収入」のセクションでは、どのようにお金を集めていくかについて考察します。
次に、どのように我々の価値を創造し、提供し、収入を得ていくかというインフラのようなものを説明していかなくてはなりません
「主な資源」では、何がこのビジネスモデルを完成させるにおいて欠けてはならないのかを表します。
「主な活動」では、我々はこのビジネスモデルを実現するために何が出来なくてはならないのか、やらなくてはならないのかを考えていきます。
「キーパートナー」では、誰が、どのような機関が我々のビジネスモデルの活性化に必要なのかを洗い出していきます。ビジネスを進めていく中で「あぁこれが出来ない、あれが足りない」なんてやりたくないですよね(笑)
そして、全ての情報が整ったら、最後はこのビジネスモデルがどのくらいの「支出」を必要とするのかを考察します。

さて、これら全ての情報がそろったら、このキャンバスを使って一つのイメージのように可視化していきます。
これは起業家のスタートアップにも、上級管理者にとっても使いやすいモデルとなっております。

Except for the background music everything starting from the video works to how everything was told in just 2 mins everything is just excellent.
The book is really amazing, I just finished it in 2018 and it's still a great business book, it teaches you a very clear and precise way of building /improving business models that anyone can understand no matter your background.
