Adam Parman: Creating Your Business BreakthroughOn March 13, 2020 by Raul Dinwiddie
When your members feel just like another number and not a person or you’re not available to talk to, they’re going to feel like they’re just another number. Guess what? They’re going to want to spend money or see the value of your program if they can never talk to you, or they have a concern, or they want to tell you how great their son or daughter did on their report card. Is that going to be good? No way. Absolutely not. Right? If your parents night out don’t completely fill up in three or four days, you don’t know how to show value for your parents night out. I tell my staff all the time, it shouldn’t be selling. We share and demonstrate value and then we give them an opportunity in a call to action to take advantage of that. That’s it. There should be no selling to it. They see value in testing or whatever it may be and they want to be a part of that.
