Active Games – The Snake #104On August 13, 2019 by Raul Dinwiddie
During the exercise the team walks around in a line. The first person in the line is deciding which way the snake goes. He goes on for one minute. when you clap your hands, the first person connect to the end off the line so automaticly a new person becams the leader four minute. Encourage the leader to use the whole room. The leader can change the tempo if he wants. If there are obstacles in the room tell the leader to keep a safe distance when he walks around them so the exercise remains safe. The team proceeds doing so just as long until everyone has had the turn to lead the snake and the first person is back on the leading spot again. Next to leading the way, the first person will now also add movements which the other persons in the snake will copy. Encourage the leader to cross the snake at least one time. This way the persons in the snake have to wait for each other to let the snake move smoothly. Again, after one minute, the leader connects to the back of the snake and the second person is now the leader. Go on until everyone has had the turn to lead the snake and add the movements. The trainer guides the team during the exercise and applies variations. What kind of variations you can read below this video on YouTube. And haven’t you subscribed yet?
