It’s clear, without the team,
it just wouldn’t work. And the present team is perfect, each member complements the
other, there’s no overlap. For example, I work in design
and on the prototypes, but I could never work in sales! And then there’s the craft of putting
together all of these watches, which requires a lot of watchmaking skill. To be honest, I used to be able to do that, but since I’ve specialized in designing
watches, I’ve lost some of this skill. I couldn’t do Sandra’s work in the same quality
that she can, even if I wanted to.
