These days, collaborating with colleagues can be a real challenge You’ve got different conversations happening all the time, files stored everywhere, and countless meetings to coordinate. Sound familiar? Simplify collaboration with Office 365 Groups. Meet Katie. She’s launching a new product. Katie creates a new group and invites colleagues to participate in seconds. The team now has access to a shared inbox, calendar, file repository and notebook to launch their product. Katie can quickly start a conversation with her team and share a document to collaborate on. Her colleagues can post messages, and she can see who liked her updates. Meanwhile, Garret is on the go using the Outlook Groups app; Garret can stay on top of the projects he’s working on. He can easily make changes to the document shared by Katie; And ask for an impromptu Skype meeting; and loop in related teams by mentioning their name; Back at the office: Katie starts a Group Skype within Outlook. She opens the Group’s shared notebook; And captures key decisions for a successful product launch. You and your coworkers are destined to do great things together. Office 365’s Groups makes it a whole lot easier today and there’s still more innovations to come in the future.
